How do I return an order? 

Non-serialized/FFL items in new condition without any signs of use or wear and in the original packaging may be returned up to 14 days from receipt of product.
All sales are final for firearms, suppressors, ammo, & night vision items.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all orders the same day when processed prior to 12pm CST. Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day (M-F).
 

I want to purchase a firearm, where do I enter my FFL information? 

Please enter the receiving FFL's company name & address in the shipping field of your order; we will manually verify their information prior to shipping the order. 
 

I would like to speak with someone in customer service, how do I contact you?

Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding holidays.
