Shipping, Returns, & Regulated Goods

FIREARMS & AMMUNITION PURCHASE POLICY:

By purchasing firearms or ammunition from SquareKnot Trading Co. the customer explicitly agrees to the terms herein; Firearms and ammunition sales must follow all local, state, and federal laws, including age to shop or purchase restrictions. By shopping for firearms on www,squareknot.us the customer accepts sole liability for following such regulations, and acknowledges that all firearms must be shipped to an FFL in their state of residence, and all ammunition must be received by an adult of 18 year of age for rifle & shotgun ammunition, or 21 years of age for pistol ammunition.
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.
Firearms may not be returned to SquareKnot Trading Co or any of it's vendors or subsidiaries. It is incumbent upon the customer to inspect any firearm PRIOR to completing their FFL transfer for any obvious defects and aesthetic blemishes, and rejecting the transfer if such defects are found.
ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL.
Warranty questions may be addressed to the original manufacturer or importer of firearms or ammunition.

Return Authorization Policy:
Return Authorization MUST be granted prior to making a return to SquareKnot Trading Company; products received without an RMA will not be processed for return, refund, or exchanges. Returned products must be in original undamaged packaging with all tags and manufacturer documentation. Please see below for non-returnable goods. 

SquareKnot Trading Company will accept return of products meeting the above conditions within 30 days of ship date from our warehouse. Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) using this form: https://squareknot.us/rmas/
You will be required to provide the following information:
• Invoice/Order Number from original order
• Quantity to be returned
• Reason for request
All product returns must be accompanied by a Kroll International RMA document - SquareKnot Customer Service will provide shipping details upon RMA approval.

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS:

SquareKnot Trading Company cannot accept return of or issue credit for the following items (including, but not limited to):

  • Firearms
  • Firearms Component Kits and Parts
  • Ammunition
  • Body Armor
  • First aid or trauma treatment products
  • ALL SKTC Bazaar Items
  • Clothing Items such as Headwear, Footwear, Body Clothing, or Gloves; Including but not limited to Shirts, Jackets, Pants, Underwear, Socks, Boots etc - that has been worn, used, or is missing original packaging/tags
  • Defense/Pepper Spray
  • Items that are labeled ‘Discontinued’ by SquareKnot Trading Company - regardless of disposition by the manufacturer
  • Batteries
  • Personal Communications Products (Including Code Red Headsets Products)
  • Opened packages or packages showing evidence of tampering
  • Product not in original packaging, including case pack goods
  • Worn or shopworn products
  • Any special order products (including but not limited to): specific apparel fits, customized or exclusive products, special sidearm holsters or carriers, any apparel with custom embellishment, any hard goods requiring special embellishment, any product purchased for fulfillment of agency purchase order. 
  • Products requiring warranty repair or replacement should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

In the event a firearm transfer cannot be completed due to a failed background check, insufficient age, or other regulatory issue, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase less original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be issued only AFTER the firearm is returned to SquareKnot's possession, and only in brand new condition; missing or broken parts or components, damaged boxes or containers, or other incedentals that prevent the firearm from being resold as "NEW" will void ALL refunds. 

Once a product is shipped by SquareKnot, the prepaid insurance of the shipping carrier will be the recourse for lost or stolen shipments; Items shown as "DELIVERED" by shipping carriers cannot be replaced or refunded. Items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier, however SquareKnot will make every effort to assist in equitable resolutions. SQUAREKNOT TRADING COMPANY LLC does not, can not, and will not accept any liability for damage, loss, or theft to any product(s) shipped via insured shipping carriers, to include but not limited to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, & others.

SEZZLE ORDER RETURNS:

All orders processed via Sezzle must initiate the returns via Sezzle dashboard ONLY AFTER confirming the return with Squareknot Customer Service.

All Sezzle orders are subject to our standard returns and exchanges policy and all Sezzle Returns incur a 10% restocking fee in ADDITION to any other fees laid out in our return policy.

MYSTERY BOXES:

All Mystery Boxes are sold as a "mystery item(s)" - this means that you, the customer, will not know what product(s) you are receiving prior to delivery. Squareknot will in good faith make every effort to ensure that only brand new products in manufacturer packaging from reputable brands are shipped in Mystery Boxes. Products that are damaged or deficient (but arrive in in-tact shipping boxes) are elgible for returns or exchanges by contacting our customer service team. Mystery Box products that are not damaged, defective, or deficient, may receive a one time courtesy return less inbound & return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee on the box price. 

Mystery Guns follow our standard firearms return policy (above).
Mystery Knives follow our standard return policy for non-returnable goods (above) UNLESS they are damaged, defective, or deficient upon delivery in a non-damaged shipping container.

SKTC BAZAAR:

All items listed in the SKTC Bazaar section are sold as is, without any explicit or implicit warranty. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on SKTC Bazaar items. All sales final.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Non firearm products: All in stock items ship in 24 - 72 business hours.  Firearms: “IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM, FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES US TO SHIP IT TO AN FFL (FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE) IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO: Info@squareknot.us WITH YOUR ORDER # AND THE NAME AND NUMBER/EMAIL OF THE FFL YOU WOULD LIKE US TO SHIP YOUR FIREARM TO. WE WILL CONTACT THEM AND ARRANGE SHIPMENT. ONCE IT ARRIVES THEY WILL CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN PICK IT UP. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU SO YOU WILL KNOW WHERE IT IS AT ALL TIMES. INSTRUCTIONS WILL ALSO BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. “Your firearm will ship within 24 business hours of us receiving the information for the FFL that you want the firearm shipped to. Suppressors, SBRs and other federally regulated items: In compliance with the National Firearms Act (NFA) and ATF regulations all NFA items purchased must be submitted for approval from the ATF. You card will be pre authorized at the time of purchase. Once the ATF form 4 ( or ATF form 3 where applicable) is approved, you will be able to either pick up your item or it will be shipped to an FFL/SOT of your choosing.

SquareKnot Trading Co. does not allow products that are out of stock to sell or backorder. Occasionally, through human or technological error, products may show in stock while in reality being out of stock - in these cases you will have the option of a full refund or choose to wait for backorder fulfillment.
