SKTC's UPPR Kit: The Banker
The Banker is themed after the HK417 setups from the film "The Town" - a pistol length 11.5" upper built on a Rosco Manufacturing barrel, SOLGW BCG, Aero Precision Upper assembly, and Midwest Industries Quad Rail, this kit is designed to provide you with a high end build kit, without breaking the bank (pun intended).
This is a DIY parts kit: you will need to assemble it yourself.
